I began training with Marcello about 5 years ago. Before that my instructor and training had been confined largely to seminars hosted by my Jeet Kune Do club and video tapes. To say that the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu bug had bitten me would be an understatement, but my game had certainly hit a plateau. It was at that point I met Marcello and my game grew exponentially. Marcello’s knowledge of the game and the team atmosphere he creates competitive but at the same time open and helpful ensures that my game continues to grow and expand.
Because of Marcello I have been able to run successful college clubs and currently help run an academy in Richmond, IN. There Marcello’s knowledge has helped me turn out winners and champions at local, state, and national competitions and mma events. At the same time it has helped me lead sought after womens self defense seminars as well as grappling for law enforcement.
I live in Richmond, Indiana, but travel to Indy twice a week, at least, to train with Marcello. Training with Marcello has been one of the most important things I’ve done in my 20 years of martial arts. I would recommend training with Marcello Unequivocally.
