I am very proud to be Marcello C. Monteiro's friend, not only for his integrity but also for the great fighter and teacher that he is.
In my opinion he is a specialist in half-guard and in fact one of the best I know.
Whenever I can , I try to train with Marcello to perfect my techniques and it is a great honor to me.
